Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 6 years experience in public relations industry, more than 4 years experience in account and team management；

• Strong communication, writing and presentation skills, able to independently complete the whole process of creativity, drafting and presentation of annual proposals；

• Have a good logical and systematic way of thinking；

• Have certain resources for the mainstream media, major opinion leaders and industry influencers；

• Have insightful insights into the industry (public relations, social media, customer services, etc.), and focus on the latest market dynamics；

Responsibilities:

—Business Development and Customer Service

• Cooperate with senior Director / Director to complete new business development (including but not limited to writing plan, proposal, production budget, etc.);

• Follow up, manage and maintain key accounts, assist customers to manage their business and projects, actively provide suggestions to customers to ensure the maximum publicity results；

• Supervise the implementation of the project and ensure the project results and execution quality；

• Reponsible for solving problems timely during the project process, and evaluate the results based on the customer's target；

• Develop and maintain relationships with major media outlets, opinion leaders, and industry influencers；

• Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, in quantity and without exceeding the budget；

• Responsible for monitoring the profit margin of each client；

• Monitor the project budget；

• Monitor and urge customers to collect payments timely, cooperate with finance and relevant personnel to complete the payment process；

—Team Management

• Provide daily work guidance to team members, assist line manager(s) to complete the training, career development and performance evaluation of team members;

Requirements:

• Experience in social media management is an advantage.

• Well organised, have an attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Self-motivated, enjoy working in a team, and have excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and dynamic presentation skills.
