Vivian Fok
Vivian has 25+ years of experience in the crisis management and strategic marketing consultancy arena. Presently, she is the Managing Director of Strategic Communications Consultants Limited, the marketing arm of SPRG that provides omni-channel marketing and PR consultancy services to clients. Prior to joining the Group, she held various senior positions at international PR agencies, as well as overseeing the corporate communications function of CTI and PCC Skyhorse.
With a law and mediation background, Vivian specializes in crisis and reputation management. Drawing upon her decades of experience, she has provided strategic counsel, messaging consulting and media strategy support on a variety of rapid-fire issues, including layoffs, employee activism, shareholder disputes and many others. Working closely with her team of digital specialists, Vivian has deep experience in developing 360-degree strategies for crisis communications, as well as counselling C-suite executives in media strategy and reputation management in the virtual space.
Vivian holds a Master of Laws degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is also an Accredited Mediator.
